Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Manchester, NH
. This is a full-time, in-person role that requires exceptional communication skills, strong customer service, and the ability to build positive interpersonal relationships across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, and general HR support.

SCHEDULE: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
SALARY: $30+/hourly
LOCATION: Manchester, NH (on-site)
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition
, including posting job ads, reviewing applicants, interviewing, coordinating hiring decisions, and maintaining consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers. - Oversee all onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth new-hire integration, compliant processes, and thorough exit interviews to support retention efforts.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to supervisors and managers, assist with employee relations matters, and communicate policies, procedures, job responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and employee programs.
- Support employees with benefits
-related inquiries and general HR questions while ensuring compliance with internal policies and HR best practices. - Maintain HR documentation, assist with office operations, and support special projects in coordination with the HR & Operations Manager.
- 2+ years of experience in the human resources field
- Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process and talent acquisition strategies
- Experience using a variety of online recruitment and applicant tracking tools
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment
- Demonstrated experience with benefits administration
, including supporting employees with enrollment, eligibility questions, and general benefits guidance - Experience with HR administrative duties
, such as maintaining employee records, generating HR documentation, managing compliance tasks, and supporting policy implementation - Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work with minimal supervision
- Team-based project experience and strong collaborative skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional employee support
