** Position Overview
** The
** Concessions Supervisor
** is responsible for overseeing all concessions operations during events at SNHU Arena. Working under the direction of the Food and Beverage Manager, this position ensures efficient stand operations, high-quality guest service, and compliance with all company policies and procedures. The Concessions Supervisor plays a key leadership role in maintaining a positive, productive, and service-focused team environment.
** Primary Responsibilities
*** Verifies opening and closing inventory stand sheet and alerts management of inventory discrepancies.
* Delegates and helps execute overall opening/ closing procedures for assigned location.
* Supervise, train, and assist workers in the preparation of all menu items for sale.
* Process returns and voids in accordance with policies to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Handle and resolve guests’ issues with their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
* Inputs counts using the POS system/ maintains POS payment processes.
* Ensures proper transaction control procedures are being followed
* Manage beverage ordering and receiving
** Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED
* Minimum of 2 years of food service experience
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

* Must be able to communicate clearly and follow instructions

*** Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
* Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
