5k Sign- on Bonus for all clinical positions

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Pro Health and Research Director to lead this impactful work in our organization. This role is responsible for comprehensive program oversight, ensuring excellent service delivery, achievement of departmental goals, and providing administrative/clinical supervision to all Pro Health and Research staff.

Pro Health NH, a collaborative initiative between The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester and Amoskeag Health, is dedicated to proactively improving the health and wellness of young people ages 12 and older in Greater Manchester who are living with Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED), Severe Mental Illness (SMI), and/or primary substance use disorders.

The Director will oversee all research operations at MHCGM and ensure the continuity of safety and engagement of participants involved in studies and grant-funded activities. The position also involves close collaboration with federal grant officers and research partners from organizations across the country, requiring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the expansion, function, and sustainability of the Pro Health and Research Programs.
  • Represent the agency and program at community, state, and federal levels.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Management and Accounting departments regarding budget of Pro Health Program.
  • Supervise, coach, and provide guidance to supervises.

    Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance of project protocols and service delivery.
  • Oversee data collection and performance measurement of Pro Health and Research initiatives.
  • Carry out research protocols, data collection activities, recruiting and consenting subjects if needed.
  • Effective communication with community partners as well as internally with MHCGM staff is a key responsibility for both Pro Health and Research.

Requirements:

  • Advanced communication and writing skills.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Experience in field of behavioral health and knowledge of psychiatric illness and treatment of complex youth and adult patients with medical comorbidities, substance use disorder, tobacco cessation, and behavioral health care change issues.
  • Demonstrated cultural competence and knowledge/experience in meeting patients’ communication access needs.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Education: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling psychology, or related clinical field.

Qualifications: Licensed or license eligible in the State of NH.
