The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester is looking for an experienced full-time office support specialist, providing support to the Bedford Counseling Associates and Medication Services programs. The Office Support Specialist functions as a member of the office support team, providing support to the clinical and medical staff. Staff member is responsible for completing a variety of tasks associated with processing reports, ordering supplies, answering, screening and processing phone calls for the department, data entry into EMR, managing patient correspondence, and a variety of meet and greet activities both for in person service and through telehealth.
Responsibilities- Process reports and manage documentation.
- Order and maintain supplies for the department.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to ensure professional program representation.
- Perform data entry into EMR and manage patient correspondence.
- Greet and assist clients in person and via telehealth as needed.
Education: The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience &
Skills:
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and data entry proficiency.
- Computer experience, attention to detail, and confidentiality are a must.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to ensure that programs are represented professionally.
