What You’ll Do
  • Assist with admissions and discharges
  • Track referrals and manage documentation
  • Schedule tours and welcome meetings
  • Support resident and family interviews
  • Help with insurance verification and paperwork
  • Assist with discharge planning and follow-ups
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Healthcare or elder services experience preferred
  • Organized, compassionate, people-focused
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office
