Overview
We’re offering a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus! We have immediate openings for 2nd shift Residential Instructors for our Boys Group Home Program. Easterseals residential facilities provide 24-hour support to youth ages 5-21. Our clinical support is designed to meet the needs of youth with neurological and/or psychiatric disabilities and intellectual and behavioral challenges. Children and their families are supported through programs designed to meet their specific needs.
Responsibilities- Residential Instructors provide direct supervision to clients.
- You will develop and coordinate activities, provide social and living skill development and training, and participate in the implementation of treatment plans.
- You must be 21 years of age or older, have a minimum of a High School Diploma and meet one of the following qualifications:
- An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 credits in Human Services
- Two years of experience working with children
- A combination of Human Service college credits and experience working with children totaling 2 years
- Be a Parent of a child 7 years of age or older
Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & ScheduleCompensation: $23.00-$28.00 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education.
Hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 1:30PM - 10:30PM
