Job Details:

• Work in ED Holding/CICU unit specifically caring for inpatient/CICU level holds in the Emergency Department

• 2 years of experience required with strong PCU background within the last year

• ED experience preferred but not required

• First-time travelers accepted with EPIC experience and 2 years experience

• Every other weekend coverage required

• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, EKG test on arrival

• Must have experience managing and titrating cardiac drips including Lasix, Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin, Integrillin, Labatolol, Dopamine, and Dobutamine

• Care for patients with chest pain, syncope, heart failure, sepsis, overdose, GI bleed, COPD, pneumonia, and overflow from medical, surgical, trauma, oncology, and orthopedic units

• Handle post-catheterization with stent patients, ICD/pacer insertions, and cardioversions

• Work with specialized equipment including BiPAP, CPAP, Vapotherm, Alaris pumps, and Phillips monitoring systems

• EPIC charting system experience preferred

• Patient ratio experience of 4:1

• Valid NH state license required

• Drug screen must be obtained within 14 days of start date
