The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer is responsible for performing high‑quality ultrasound examinations for inpatients and outpatients as requested by referring physicians, ensuring a therapeutic and supportive environment for patients of all ages.

• Prepare and explain procedures to patients, ensuring their comfort
• Perform a variety of ultrasound studies (abdominal, obstetrical, gynecological, small parts, vascular) following ACR guidelines
• Conduct vascular laboratory exams such as PVR, ABI, TBI, and segmental pressures
• Identify normal and abnormal anatomy, adjusting techniques accordingly
• Train and mentor student sonographers

• Satisfactory completion of a formal ultrasound training program or equivalent experience

• Previous experience as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer is desirable
• Vascular experience preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Registered or Registry Eligible with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
• RVT/RVS within 12 months of hire
• Must renew certification and/or registration annually with 30 hours of continuing education for each triennium
• Licensed in the State of New Hampshire with the Board of Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy

This position is a full‑time night‑shift opportunity.
