• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case management and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary

• Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LICSW, or LCMHC) in New Hampshire, or eligible for licensure (supervision provided)
• Experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work‑life balance
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload
• Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
• Skilled in time management and documentation
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus
