* Job Description:

* Position Summary:

** 40 hr/wk M – F 8 am – 430 pm.

Start and end times may be flexible based on schedule. The Psychometrist will play a crucial role in administering neuropsychological tests and assisting with the assessment of patients' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Administer written and computer-based neuropsychological tests to individuals across various age groups under the supervision of licensed neuropsychologists.
* Prepare and maintain testing materials, ensuring all assessments are completed accurately and in compliance with ethical guidelines.
* Record test results and observations, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation of patient information.
* Providing a summary of behavioral observations for review by the neuropsychologist.
* Provide a supportive and comfortable environment for patients before, during, and after assessments.
* Collaborate with neuropsychologists, clinicians, and other staff members to coordinate patient care and ensure appropriate follow-up.
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and always maintain confidentiality of patient information.
* Manages the scanning of test protocols into secure database.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
** Education/Experience/Licensure
*** Bachelor’s degree in psychology, neuroscience, or closely related field. Master’s degree preferred.
* Experience working with adult or geriatric populations preferred.
* Training and/or previous experience in neuropsychological testing preferred.
* Knowledge of neurodevelopmental, cognitive, or psychiatric disorders preferred.
* Proficient in MS Office and electronic health records preferred. Epic experience preferred.
