Controller, Finance & Banking, Accounting Manager

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing organization in Manchester, NH to identify a Controller to join its leadership team. This individual will oversee day-to-day accounting operations while driving process improvements and helping scale the finance function.

• Own and manage the general ledger and core accounting functions
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Perform and review account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Build, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 base salary plus bonus
