KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a well-established client in New Hampshire to identify a Finance Specialist to join their finance team. This is a 100% on-site role in Manchester, NH, supporting accounts receivable, billing, and accounts payable functions within a stable, long-standing organization.
Responsibilities- Supporting accounts receivable and billing activities
- Logging and applying cash receipts with accuracy and detailed documentation
- Providing backup support for billing, AR, and AP as needed
- Communicating internally to align billing and AR workflows
- Assisting with accounts payable processing and related finance tasks
- Supporting finance-related projects and general office duties as assigned
- Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred
- 5+ years of comparable experience across Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Accounts Payable
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office products
