About the Role:
BT Health, an emerging leader in radiology physician staffing, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Finance and Business Intelligence to drive financial strategy, operational excellence, and growth. This role is pivotal in preparing the company for a successful growth trajectory and delivering a 5-star service experience for our clients.
The Manager of Finance and Business Intelligence will serve as the financial operations leader, overseeing all business intelligence (BI), data management, reporting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A). This role will hire and manage the Finance Generalist, oversee all back-office operations, and play a key role in integrating services to achieve a 5-star client experience. The Manager of Finance and Business Intelligence will also prepare the company for an exit from current payroll funding partner and collaborate on securing outside funding.
ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Oversight
- Manage all BI, data, reporting, and FP&A functions to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor the (future) Finance Generalist, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Establish and manage all back-office operations, optimizing efficiency and scalability.
- Drive the integration and growth of services to deliver a 5-star client and provider experience.
- Responsible for all risk management initiatives.
- Oversee internal tech operations. This includes managing contracts and terms with our CRM vendor, marketing and other vendors.
- Prepare the company for a successful factoring exit, including financial structuring and due diligence support.
- Develop a streamlined reporting program to support Executive leadership in data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with Chief Executive Officer to organize and secure outside funding opportunities.
- Oversee all factor-related tasks: physician payroll, physician entry, timesheet tracking, and compliance.
- Ensure accurate entry of provider rates and dates into the Tracker system.
- Manage timesheets, W-9/ACH forms, RVU calculations, invoicing, and bonus agreements (referral and other).
- Handle weekly payments for both companies, internal payroll, commissions, and all company bills/vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in operations management.
- Proven expertise in BI, FP&A, data management, and reporting systems.
- Experience in preparing companies for exit strategies and securing funding.
- Strong supervisory skills with a track record of managing diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing or radiology industry is a plus.
