Organizational Overview:

The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are the Double-A affiliate of the 2025 American League Champion the Toronto Blue Jays. As New Hampshire's only professional sports team, the organization serves as a community champion for the City of Manchester and State of New Hampshire while delivering high-quality, family-friendly entertainment.

The Fisher Cats are seeking hardworking, dependable, and self-driven individuals who are motivated to make Delta Dental Stadium the most entertaining experience in the Eastern League and uphold its fan-voted reputation as "Best Ballpark."

Position Summary:

• We're looking for an energetic and enthusiastic performer to bring our beloved mascot, Fungo, to life at Fisher Cats home games. In this role, you'll create memorable experiences for fans of all ages through engaging interactions, photo opportunities, and exciting on-field entertainment. As the face of our organization, you'll embody the spirit of the Fisher Cats and help make every game day unforgettable.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Entertain and engage with fans throughout Delta Dental Stadium, including on the concourse, suite level, and field
• Pose for photos and provide autographs while maintaining high energy and enthusiasm
• Participate in on-field promotions, skits, and interactive activities
• Maintain and properly care for the mascot costume and all related props
• Collaborate closely with the promotions team to execute game day entertainment
• Arrive at least 90 minutes before game time for preparation
• Commit to working all Fisher Cats home games
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successfully pass a Background Check.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including working game nights, weekends, holidays, and special event nights as needed.

Physical/Environmental Requirements

• Work will require weekend and evening work.
• Job requires employee to function in a high activity and heavily crowded outdoor professional sports venue.
• Employee will be exposed to inclement weather of varying degrees.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances and climb up/down stairs.
• The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit and must lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.

Schedule:

• Tuesday-Sunday
• Nights and weekends
• Every other week
