* ** Troubleshoot Quality & Equipment Issues:
** Investigate and analyze quality-related problems in production using electronic, mechanical, or procedural means. Oversee line performance and ensure all equipment is operational with its full capability intact.
* ** Manage Spares & Budget:
** Assess and analyze spare parts inventory, consumption, and life cycles. Perform procurement of sustaining parts and coordinate with purchasing on delivery status. Control and monitor the PMEE budget, generate expense reports, and provide variance explanations.
* ** Collaborate with External Partners:
** Engage with equipment manufacturers for technical support and research new generation materials and parts available in the market.
* ** Champion Quality & Safety:
** Champion 5S in all areas and ensure compliance with all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Manufacturing Quality standards.
