• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in land surveying or civil engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying, with 5 years in project management
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and land surveying tools
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3d and Trimble Business Center
