Airline Passenger Service Agents MHT, $18/hr paid weekly at Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc
Pay rangeBase pay: $18.00/hr - $18.00/hr this part‑time position requires full‑time hours during training, which is paid and may require travel.
General PurposePassenger Service Agent – provide total customer service, attend to customer needs, handle inquiries, complete transactions, and perform ramp, cleaning, operations, and commissary duties as required.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Process customer tickets, check baggage, monitor carry‑on size and quantity, assign seats.
- Provide information on arrivals, departures, boarding procedures, carry‑on regulations, and seating arrangements.
- Handle denied boarding situations, solicit volunteers, accommodate customers and provide hotel, meal, and taxi vouchers when appropriate.
- Ensure FAA, airline, and airport regulations are followed.
- Enforce safety/security measures and protect sensitive zones.
- Assist customers with special needs, e.g., boarding assistance.
- Perform ad hoc assignments as requested by lead or supervisor.
- Complete sales reports.
- Maintain excellent communication skills.
- Read and write English; bilingual skills a plus.
- Work efficiently under time constraints.
- Available for varied hours including swings, graveyard shifts, weekends, holidays.
- Maintain a well‑groomed appearance.
- Other duties as assigned.

Must be able to lift a 70‑pound suitcase from floor to 18 inches or carry it frontward with both hands for up to 25 feet. Must perform repetitive tasks, bends, squats, kneels, crawl, twist, and sustain positions for extended periods. Requires sufficient vision to safely perform essential functions.
Work EnvironmentAirport environment: indoor and outdoor. May encounter extreme temperature ranges.
Other Requirements And Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience or equivalent training.
- Basic computer skills; ability to type 25 WPM.
- At least 18 years old.
- Must pass a ten‑year background check and pre‑employment drug test.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S. per Immigration Act of 1986.
- Attend and complete required training.
- Read and write English.
- Must work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
