Overview:
Raytheon is hiring a Logistics team member to support the 3PL operated Receiving, Inspection, Warehousing, Kitting, and Outbound Shipping processes in Manchester, NH. The 3PL operations support Raytheon factories located in the Northeast US. The ideal candidate will collaborate with 3PL staff to meet or exceed Raytheon Logistics KPIs and align with contractually stated expectations. The candidate will identify improvement opportunities, reduce waste, ensure compliance, and support strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate leadership, the ability to switch between strategic and tactical tasks, and communicate with all levels of the organization from touch labor to senior leadership, both from a 3PL and Raytheon perspective.

What You Will Do

• Drive key strategic initiatives
• Help develop world class warehousing and logistics services
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with key business partners
• Assist 3PL on operation planning and cost reductions
• Serve as liaison between Raytheon factory and 3PL operations
• Monitor 3PL KPIs and drive root-cause analysis and corrective action for improved performance
• Monitor financial budgets and oversee invoicing
• Ensure 3PL compliance with Statement of Work, work instructions, and all Raytheon requirements and standards

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and minimum five (5) years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum three (3) years of experience
• Experience with Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory, or Operations
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required

Qualifications We Prefer

• High level of competency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Materials, Operations, or Logistics
• Demonstrated leadership in absence of formal organizational structure
• SAP knowledge in Warehousing
• Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics
• APICS certification
• Data analytics experience
• Six Sigma or equivalent process-improvement experience
• Ability to travel on a limited basis
