We currently have an immediate opening for a Service Advisor, whose role will be to not only uphold but also enhance our outstanding customer service reputation.

Functions & Responsibilities- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is REQUIRED and must have RELIABLE transportation to and from work.
- Acting as a concierge for our customers including contact by phone, text, email, website inquiries and walk-ins.
- Estimating Repair Orders and/or ordering parts required for Repair Orders.
- Writing up Repair Orders and dispatching work to technicians.
- Owning the status and progress of Repair Orders each work day.
- Accurately maintain customer records through our CRM and beyond.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in the shop and customers’ vehicles.
- Ability to document and communicate detailed descriptions of diagnostics and repairs internally and externally.
- Accurately take deposits and payments.
- Work schedule Monday–Friday 7AM – 4PM, NO nights, NO weekends.
- We’re only a little over a mile from Exit 5 & 6 on I-293.
- Weekly and monthly bonuses with six-figure earning potential.
