Warehouse Associate

We Ship Express is a nationwide warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics company supporting customers who sell wine, beer, and spirits. We’re growing quickly and looking for a dependable team member who take pride in accuracy, safety, and great service.

We’re hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate I to join our St Charles team. The Warehouse Associate I is an entry position and entry level warehouse duties and functions including picker, packer, box maker, palletizer, material handler, cross dock, and quality assurance.

The following duties are an overview of the primary duties and responsibilities of the Warehouse Specialist and should not be considered an all-inclusive list:

• Perform quality inspections on outgoing shipments
• Pick, pack, and handle materials for orders
• Process packages for shipments to include; packaging, labeling, stacking, and palletizing
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment
• Participate in quality improvement processes
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

• Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and a willingness to learn
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Flexible, and able to move within entry level warehouse positions noted above.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• One to two years related experience or equivalent preferred

• Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds or up to 50 lbs
