Shift: Full-time/Nights
Position DetailsOur units include Labor & Birth (L&B), OB ED, and High‑Risk areas, staffed 24/7 with board‑certified OB hospitalists, OB anesthesia, maternal‑fetal medicine specialists, highly skilled nursing and surgical teams, and a structured mentor program.
Patient ratios:
Labor & Birth 1:2, High‑Risk 1:1 (based on acuity).
A dynamic program combining simulation‑based training, classroom lectures by clinical educators, and hands‑on preceptorship on the unit. Gain confidence, critical skills, and a strong foundation for your nursing career. After the residency is completed, all new RNs are paired with a mentor – we הח want to help you reach your potential.
Qualifications- Experience: 1+ year Labor & Birth RN experience (or new grad for residency)
- Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school
- License: Current RN license in the hiring state or compact license
- Certifications: BLS (AHA), NRP, ACLS (Labor RNs will receive Intermediate Fetal Heart Rate training)
- National certifications (RNC‑OB, C‑EFM) are encouraged
- Day‑One Benefits: Health, dental, vision

- RN‑to‑BSN bridge program: Up to $16,000
