We are partnering with a fast-growing business seeking to appoint an experienced VP FP&A to strengthen its financial planning, reporting and performance capability.
This role is ideally suited to a seasoned FP&A professional who has implemented best-practice planning frameworks in complex or scaling environments and is motivated by the opportunity to build a robust, scalable finance capability within a growth business.
This is a senior hands‑on individual contributor position
, working closely with the CEO and CFO, with significant visibility at Board level.
- Lead the end‑to‑end budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning process
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable financial models to support strategic decision‑making
- Establish meaningful KPIs and performance reporting frameworks
- Deliver high‑quality Board and investor reporting
- Lead scenario modelling to support investment, hiring and growth decisions
- Improve transparency across margin, cash flow, cost drivers and unit economics
- Strengthen financial systems, reporting integrity and data governance
A central component of the role will be enhancing reporting infrastructure through deep ERP expertise and advanced Power BI capability
, ensuring reliable, automated and decision‑ready insights across the organisation.
- Extensive FP&A experience within growth, multi‑entity or complex environments
- Demonstrated experience implementing best‑practice planning and reporting frameworks
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, data architecture and financial controls
- Advanced Power BI capability, with the ability to design executive‑level dashboards
- Highly commercial mindset, with the confidence to influence at Executive and Board level
- Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor in a scaling environment
