The Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for creating a safe and joyful classroom environment where children learn through play, exploration, and guided instruction. This position includes planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum aligned with early childhood standards and the mission of Catholic education.

• Create and maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
• Integrate Catholic values and faith formation into daily instruction
• Support early literacy, language, math, and social-emotional development
• Foster independence, cooperation, and positive behavior
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff
• Conduct ongoing student observations and maintain documentation of developmental progress

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Valid state teaching certification (Early Childhood preferred)
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education
• Practicing Catholic preferred
