The Delaware County Coordinator will greet and assist clients or guests with various needs while being HACAP's primary representative in Delaware County.
Schedule And WageMonday - Friday 30 hours per week. $26.72 - $30.05 hourly depending upon education and experience.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Coordinate with programs within HACAP and other community service agencies to develop good work relationships within the community.
- Identify service gaps and unmet needs of the community and seek solutions.
- Attend county meetings as identified by self and/or requested by agency leadership, and serve as a liaison.
- Identify service delivery challenges and coordinate with HACAP leaders to better streamline service delivery.
- Work with HACAP leadership to assist in the identification and recruitment of agency board members and other volunteers.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, seminars and workshops as necessary and required.
- Directly support HACAP programs in the Delaware County area, to include energy assistance programs, through data entry and direct contact with clients.
- Perform the day-to-day operations of the Delaware County office.

Education And/Or Experience- Post-secondary degree with relevant experience preferred OR
- High School diploma or equivalency and five years of relevant experience
- Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working as part of small and large groups.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Self-directed and able to work with off-site supervision.
- Knowledge and/or work experience with local, state, or federal agencies involved in anti-poverty programs and knowledge of various human service agencies.
- Valid driver's license
- Valid car insurance
- Reliable transportation for use on the job.
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings.
