Job Summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring a General Manager to lead store operations, ensuring quality service and profitability.

• Oversee all store operations during shift—including cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• Set an example, enforce policies & procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from the crew.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Ensure great customer service, attendance, punctuality, and transportation to and from work.

• Experience in retail or food service operations preferred.
• Proficiency in arithmetic, monetary change, verbal and written communication, motor coordination, and computer typing.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; insured vehicle required for delivery duties.
• Physical capabilities: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, stooping/bending, and reaching over 72".

• Exposure to varying weather; indoor temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F.
• Potential contact with food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, and sharp edges.
• Work includes driving, delivering, and on‑site tasks such as pizza preparation and equipment operation.
