Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Part Time at Burlington Stores, Inc. Are you an outgoing, upbeat, people-person with great organizational skills? Retail Sales Associates are ambassadors of the Burlington brand, responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat, organized, and clean sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations. Associates may be assigned to work in any of the following departments:
Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time to time

• Flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
