• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with signing and clearance merchandising best practices.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times.
• Work safely; comply with safety policies, report hazards, and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks as needed.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping with Target.
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs.

• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule, reliable attendance, and ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift; shift lengths may vary.
