Requirements- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut
- NICU nursing experience preferred
- Meditech experience required (Experience Level 2 facility)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Current BLS certification (NRP preferred or required per hospital policy)
- Prior experience in a Level I or Level II NICU
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
