The aerospace industry is evolving fast and my client is building it differently. They're a next‑generation aerospace manufacturer combining startup speed with deep industry expertise, using automation, laser‑guided layup, and digital manufacturing to rethink how flight‑critical components are built and scaled.

They're looking for a Level 2 Technician to help build advanced composite propeller systems from raw material to final assembly.

• Advanced Layup: Use overhead laser projection to precisely place carbon fiber and fiberglass plies into molds.
• Resin Transfer Molding (RTM): Operate high‑pressure "clamshell" molds and manage vacuum/temperature curves for part curing.
• Post‑Molding & Assembly: Perform D‑flashing, component bonding (leading‑edge guards/root fittings), and precision drilling.
• Final Integration: Assemble 5‑blade propeller units, ensuring every component meets high‑spec engineering standards.
• Quality Check: Use calipers, micrometers, and dividers to verify dimensions at every stage.

• 2+ years of hands‑on assembly experience (Aerospace, Medical Device, or high‑precision manufacturing preferred).
• Strong Mechanical Aptitude: You’re a builder. We value professional experience or serious hobbies (e.g., car restoration, remodeling).
• Technical Literacy: Ability to follow complex travelers, engineering instructions, and PLC‑guided layouts.
• Precision Mindset: Comfortable using hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• U.S. Citizenship/Green Card required; Must live within 20–30 mins of Hartford metro.
