IT Field Service Technician

We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined IT Field Service Technician to join our clients team. In this role, you will travel to client sites to install, maintain, and support computer systems, networks, and specialized imaging equipment. You'll be the face of our company in the field, so strong customer service skills are a must.

• Travel to customer locations to install and configure hardware and software systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networks, computers, and peripheral devices
• Perform routine maintenance on IT and mechanical equipment
• Provide clear and friendly technical support to end users
• Document work performed in a ticketing system
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service requests

• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel frequently in southern New England
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Experience installing and configuring computer systems at customer sites
• Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing systems
• Ability to methodically troubleshoot complex technical problems

• Experience in dental or medical environments
• Knowledge of or hands‑on experience with 3D imaging and dental X‑ray systems
