Key Responsibilities- Lead complex labor strategies: shape union partnerships, negotiate contracts, and create broad plans to increase workforce stability at all levels.
- Modernize Field HR: implement scalable processes, deploy analytics, proactive culture investments, orchestrate M&A readiness, and bring to life a consistent HR model across diverse sites and brands.
- Build a world‑class HR team: hire, coach, and develop HR leaders who are strategic, data‑savvy, and future‑focused.
- Be a Talent Strategist: develop short‑ and long‑term strategies in Talent Planning, development experiences, and successful career planning to increase leadership readiness for future business growth.
- Elevate senior leadership: drive executive coaching and leadership development that unlocks performance and culture.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or large‑scale operations demonstrating strong business, financial, and analytical acumen.
- Proven experience leading, developing, and providing thoughtful care for HR teams in a multi‑site environment.
- Ability to lead through change, ambiguity, and transformation with executive‑level communication and influencing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel 25%‑50%.
- Global Perspective: Gain insights from international HR trends and apply them locally.
- Modernization Mandate: Implement better tools, cleaner processes, and measurable standards that stick.
- Leadership Influence: Be the strategic partner to Regional VPs, Corporate partners, DC leaders, and Brand leadership.
