The Community Colleges offer a wide variety of academic dual enrollment programs with the Public Schools as well as Federal Grants. The breadth and complexities of these academic programs require administrative assistance in their management.

The Coordinator of Dual Enrollment/Grant Partnerships provides the administrative and academic support services needed to support the effective management of the College’s academic dual enrollment and grant programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Dean of Students and Faculty or other Administrator, the Coordinator of Dual Enrollment and Grant Partnerships is accountable for providing administrative coordination in support of the College’s academic dual enrollment programs through effective performance in these essential functional areas:

  • Faculty Administration
  • Program Articulation with High Schools
  • Academic assistance
  • Program Administration and Financial Record Keeping

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Attendance and participation at convocation and commencement ceremonies
  • Service on assigned committees and task forces
  • Attendance and participation at committee, staff, informational and professional meetings which may occur during evenings and weekends.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriately related field with two (2) or more years of related experience or a combination of education, training and experience which would lead to the competencies required for successful performance of the position’s essential duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Academic course scheduling
  • Budget and fiscal management
  • Information technology literacy skills
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Preferred Qualifications
  • One (1) or more years of supervisory experience
  • High School teaching/administration experience and/or College Career Pathways/High School Partnerships experience either in college or in High School.
  • Experience managing College Career Pathways Partnerships
  • Experience supporting any stage of the application process (i.e., recruitment, first-time registration, student onboarding, etc.)
  • Experience navigating multiple priorities and creating detailed deliverables
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary range; $68,623-$73,234 approximate annual
  • Salary is based on qualifications, education, job-related experience, and internal equity
  • This Grant Funded position has the potential of renewal through December 31, 2026.
