What sets us apart?

Columbia Dental is the only private practice in Connecticut with fully integrated multi‑specialty care. We operate independently, free from corporate oversight, and focus on doing what's best for our patients and clinicians. Our cutting‑edge digital lab and extended hours ensure efficiency and convenience without compromising quality. Our advanced software network connects all locations for data sharing, making transitions seamless for both patients and providers.

Integrated

Practice Administrator (IPA)

IPAs have dental degrees in their home countries plus graduate‑level degrees in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related fields. They are DANB Radiation Health and Safety and Infection Control certified. The IPA oversees administrative, clinical, and operational processes at each location, streamlining workflows, coordinating patient care, and reducing daily friction.

They are trained in all aspects of dental assisting and adept with digital x‑rays, cone‑beam scanners, and other technology.

Our team boasts a depth of educational diversity: 28 team members hold or are pursuing Bachelor’s degrees, 15 have earned or are completing Graduate degrees, and 22 have completed or are working toward Doctorate or Professional degrees.
