Position Overview

As a Datacenter Logistics Associate, you will support daily inventory and material handling operations within the datacenter environment. You will receive, track, store, and distribute parts and materials to Datacenter Technicians and Engineers, ensuring accurate records and consistent stock availability. This role includes hands‑on physical work, including loading/unloading shipments and transporting materials between locations.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to support build and repair activities.
• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming parts and materials.
• Check out parts to Datacenter Technicians and Engineers as needed.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date inventory and transaction records.
• Load and unload shipments; transport materials between onsite locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Work may occur in both office and warehouse environments (noise levels vary).
• Frequent lifting of up to 49 lbs; occasional group lifts over 50 lbs.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Ability to climb stairs where required.
• Regular exposure to temperatures ranging from 60–90°F, with occasional extremes.
• Work around moving mechanical parts and equipment.

• 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions in English.
• Capable of performing physical tasks for extended periods without fatigue.
• Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver heavy items.

• Experience with Inventory Management Systems.
• Understanding of inventory control practices and methodologies.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain performance over long periods.
• Proven commitment to safety.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience working with reverse logistics and vendor coordination is a plus.
