You will receive, track, store, and distribute parts and materials to Datacenter Technicians and Engineers, ensuring accurate records and consistent stock availability. This role includes hands‑on physical work, including loading/unloading shipments and transporting materials between locations.

Key Responsibilities- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to support build and repair activities.
- Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming parts and materials.
- Check out parts to Datacenter Technicians and Engineers as needed.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date inventory and transaction records.
- Load and unload shipments; transport materials between onsite locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Work may occur in both office and warehouse environments (noise levels vary).
- Frequent lifting of up to 49 lbs; occasional group lifts over 50 lbs.
- Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Ability to climb stairs where required.
- Regular exposure to temperatures ranging from 60–90°F, with occasional extremes.
- Work around moving mechanical parts and equipment.
- 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow directions in English.
- Capable of performing physical tasks for extended periods without fatigue.
- Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver heavy items.
- Experience with Inventory Management Systems.
- Understanding of inventory control practices and methodologies.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain performance over long periods.
- Proven commitment to safety.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience working with reverse logistics and vendor coordination is a plus.
