Delivery Truck Driver – CDL B – Ferguson

Join Ferguson, a Fortune 500 leader in commercial and residential supply, to drive deliveries across the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering materials to customers, assisting with loading/unloading, and ensuring compliance with all safety and DOT regulations.

Monday–Friday, 5:00 am until work is finished (approx. 12:30 pm). Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Hourly: $22.14 – $35.37. Bonus or incentive plan eligible.

• Valid CDL license
• At least 21 years of age
• Meet and maintain all CDL qualifications and DOT regulations
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card (or ability to acquire one)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Preferred:
  Experience in warehouse operations and logistics (shipping, receiving, and delivery)
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused approach
• Ability to navigate and use basic technology, including iPads

• Deliver materials to customers, assisting with loading, unloading, and ensuring correct ticketing
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, refuel as needed, and report any issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material
• Work overtime as needed
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE (e.g., safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs)

Drug and background screening required.
