As a Home Repair Professional, you will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing various issues in residential properties, ensuring client satisfaction and a safe living environment.

• Conduct inspections and assess the scope of home repair projects
• Complete repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Install and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment
• Coordinate with clients to discuss project details and provide updates on progress
• Ensure all repairs adhere to safety standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
• Write, present, and sell your own estimates

• Proven experience in home repairs or a related field
• Strong knowledge of residential construction techniques and materials
• Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in home repairs
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
• Possess a friendly and professional demeanor, providing exceptional service to clients
• Live within Northern Virginia area (preferably within our service territory)

$25.00 - $45.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday (1 Saturday a month)
