Heating Air Conditioning Technician

Pay: $40–$50/hr + Overtime

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | On-site

We’re partnering with a growing HVAC manufacturing and services organization that is expanding its field operations and looking to add an experienced HVAC Technician / Chiller Engineer to the team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career and develop deep expertise in chiller systems and mission-critical environments, including data centers.

You’ll work hands-on in the field, supporting commercial and industrial HVAC systems while maintaining high standards for safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and chiller equipment
• Diagnose system issues using schematics, controls, and diagnostic tools
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service work
• Support HVAC systems in critical environments such as data centers
• Work directly with customers to ensure system performance and reliability
• Complete service documentation and maintenance records accurately
• Assist with system upgrades, retrofits, and equipment modifications
• Perform welding and mechanical modifications as needed
• Travel to job sites using company-provided vehicles

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on chiller experience (required)
• 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred
• Exposure to data center or critical facility environments is highly desirable
• Welding experience related to HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working in high-reliability, on-site environments
