Vermeer All Roads in Manassas is hiring an Experienced Diesel Technician/Mechanic to assist our customers and diagnose, repair, and maintain Vermeer construction equipment. Compensation & Schedule $25-40/hr based on experience, Full Time Monday - Friday.

• Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment (shop and field) as directed by the Manager
• Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulic, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
• Perform welding/fabrication as needed
• Recommend/document repairs and prepare accurate cost estimates
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records
• Stay current on industry trends and technical advancements
• Communicate with OEM/factory for technical support
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting
• Welding experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
