We are a full-service voice, data, and video solutions provider offering high-speed Internet, CCTV, and Satellite TV services for small to mid-size businesses and enterprise customers nationwide. With over 20 years in business, we are expanding and currently seeking a Cabling Technician to run coax and data cabling, and support infrastructure projects on-site. This is a full-time field position with great growth potential, including the opportunity to move into a management role.

We are looking for candidates in VA/MD/PA and will require travelling to customer sites.

• Run, terminate, and test coaxial and Ethernet cabling for network systems
• Install and label cabling infrastructure including patch panels and wall jacks
• Work with customers to explain system features and answer basic service questions
• Read and follow job site diagrams, technical specs, and floor plans
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in resolving signal and connectivity issues
• Ensure clean, organized installations that meet company standards and customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed job documentation and update service tickets upon completion
• Participate in training and certification opportunities to stay current with technology and safety standards

• 7+ years experience installing satellite dishes and running low-voltage cabling
• Terminate Keystone Jacks, Patch Panels, 66 and 110 blocks
• Familiarity with signal meters, alignment tools, and cable testers
• Basic understanding of networking and IP-based systems is a plus
• Ability to work safely on ladders, rooftops, and in confined spaces
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively on job sites
• Comfortable with smartphone apps and job tracking software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
