Security Officer - Armed Patrol Technician

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to all visitors, commuters, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting public emergency services, providing clear directions to others, and documenting actions taken.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of platforms, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter routes to help to discourage unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Control access to restricted areas by verifying identification and/or credentials, monitoring entry points, and following post orders for screening and prohibited items.;
Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and patrol documentation, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives as needed.
