Security Officer - Armed Patrol Rounds

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff and visitors at a government location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or visitor authorization, and directing visitors to appropriate areas;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as required;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or hazard concerns;
Complete required reports and logs, document incidents and unusual activity, and communicate key information during shift turnovers and/or as requested by site management
