Security Officer - Access Control

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, security-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Verify identification, issue visitor credentials, manage sign-in and sign-out logs, and coordinate with site contacts to authorize entry to controlled areas;
Monitor entry and exit points, alarms, and camera systems as assigned, reporting unusual activity and maintenance issues through established channels;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including access denials, unauthorized entry attempts, and medical and/or fire-related calls for service;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, common areas, and perimeter routes as assigned, documenting observations and submitting required reports
