Allied Universal - Up to $20.90/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, amenities, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor access points and observe activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, and policy violations; report concerns per site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, medical calls, alarms, and maintenance-related hazards; request additional assistance when needed;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and support shift turnover with timely updates
