Security Officer - Armed Night Patrol

Allied Universal - Up to $20.90/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with incident documentation and communicating updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management;
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns;
Monitor access points and observe for unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, or policy violations, escalating concerns through established reporting and/or call-down procedures;
Complete routine reports such as shift activity logs, patrol observations, and incident reports, and use radios and/or phones to coordinate with on-site personnel as needed
