Pay Expectation: $100K+ yearly (hourly + uncapped commission)
Schedule: 10:00AM – 7:00PM (rotating weekends)

You’ll close sales on warm leads provided by the company — NO cold calling. This is a phone-based role for someone who can build rapport fast, identify customer needs, and confidently close.
Responsibilities- Follow up on warm leads provided by the sales team and close business
- Build trust and drive conversions through strong customer communication
- Identify customer needs quickly and recommend the right solution
- Maintain professionalism under pressure
- Multi-task and handle a high-volume phone environment
Learn products/services quickly and communicate value clearly
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Proven ability to close deals over the phone
- Strong phone presence and professional tone
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Rehash/inside sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, CRM fluency)
