A successful Plumbing and Sewer Salesperson is a skilled problem solver who quickly identifies and resolves issues within residential sewer and drain systems. You will be a guide and educate customers on service options and safety, building trust through expertise and transparency. Your expertise in diagnosing residential sewer and drain systems will be vital.
- Responsibilities of the Sewer Salesperson
: - Thoroughly inspect sewer and drain systems using video technology.
- Build rapport with customers, guiding them towards optimal solutions.
- Achieve revenue goals while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with customer service and dispatch teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in training to stay current with industry trends.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients.
- What We're Looking For in the Next Sewer Salesperson:
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in-home services, sewer, or drain industries.
- Proficient with camera and drain equipment, showcasing technical aptitude.
- Clean driving record for reliable customer visits and service calls.
- Exceptional communicator and organizer, ensuring smooth customer interactions and efficient workflows.
- Eager to learn and continuously improve your professional skills.
