As a Vitamin Clerk, you will provide a high level of prompt and friendly customer service by creating and maintaining department displays, accurately pricing all merchandise, and answering customer questions with your supplement and vitamin knowledge. You will guide customers to product locations, share knowledge of weekly ad items, and stay informed about events and seminars on the calendar.

• Use knowledge to answer questions while staying within proper parameters.
• Assist with department displays and pricing.
• Provide direction to product locations throughout the store.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Follow all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Dependable with flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Respectful with a strong ethical code and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and customer interaction skills.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn new products.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Physical stamina: standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs up to 3 feet for 10‑50 hours with minimal assistance.
• Capability to maneuver a utility cart (20 lbs up to 35 lbs force, 20 feet distance, 2 hours).
• Walk up to 3 miles in an 8‑hour shift.
• Compliance with safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Ability to perform other related duties as assigned.
