Store Schematics Coordinator role at Sprouts Farmers Market

At Sprouts Farmers Market, the Store Schematics Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the overall non‑perishable schematic integrity in their assigned store. The position conducts weekly resets and speed‑to‑shelf activities, ensuring compliance with company schematic guidelines, and supports merchandising integrity.

• Schedule, coordinate, and execute store resets and projects for the Non‑Perishable Departments (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Support an active selling culture and positive customer experience by ensuring categories are set according to the schematics.
• Work with Scan Coordinators, Department Managers and Assistant Store Managers to maintain schematic compliance and correctly place new items.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office.
• Ensure schematics are executed in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
• Obtain sign‑off from Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Department Managers to confirm work is complete and accurate.
• Provide timely feedback to the Support Office Schematic Department for any issues or discrepancies.

• At least 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent, and 1‑3 months related experience and/or training (or an acceptable combination of education and experience).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Can read schematics and price tags, hang price tags and signs, staple, scan, and use a computer to activate new schematics. Must also be able to use a step ladder.
• Can vertically/horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs, up to 34″, across a distance of up to 8 feet for as long as 1 hour.
• Can conduct repetitive crouching/kneeling/squatting to access points 6 inches from the ground for up to 50 hours.
