Kitchen Designer

Overview

Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, and review room designs to make purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe.

By supporting these three priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

• Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers; welcome customers to the store; assess kitchen and/or bath project needs; provide showroom tours; set up measures; discuss room designs and make purchasing recommendations.
• Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock them as necessary.
• Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment.
• Drive sales to support department and store goals by supporting the three store priorities.
