Retail Assistant Manager

What You Bring
  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside store leader.
  • Strength in maintaining high retention through identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
  • Assistance in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion competence.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment per health and sanitation procedures.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • High School diploma or GED (preferred) or at least one year of retail management experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
  • Ability to multi‑task, bend, stand, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
